Clarity and support - what customers look for when systems go down. But a tangle of messaging and options is what they found on the old Avid support website.

I co-produced a branding overhaul with a look and feel that focused on customers, their options, and their success stories.

A writer and I reorganized the copy into digestible chunks. And we used black and white photography of real-world customers who rely on Avid support.

The result was a stunned head of product marketing who asked how soon this could be implemented.
